Needing the Bill Number, as I believe there is a plan to remove this benefit.
My understanding was that there was a program where, after graduating, if you worked for a government or non-profit agency for 10 years (and made consistent monthly payments) you would be forgiven the balance of the loan.
I believe this was to entice people to achieve graduate degrees (eg Master in Social Work) and then work for the government (County Health) or non-profits.
